  4. A watch specialist inspects the movement, case and bracelet to diagnose the problem.

  5. You receive a clear, no-obligation quote and timescale before any work begins.

  6. Once you approve, the repair or service is carried out by our skilled watchmakers.

  7. Your watch is tested for timekeeping and water resistance where applicable, then cleaned.

  8. We let you know when it is ready to collect, and you pay on collection.
